FQA

At what time should my family arrive?

The first day, after lunch time. We start receiving families around 2:00 pm

At what time should we leave?

The last day, around lunch time. The families are welcome to eat lunch at the facility or to take the meal for the road.

What are the accommodations?

Families stay in rooms or cabins onsite, unless we require RVs. We make sure to customize the lodging according to the number of members each family enrolls.

Do we provide references?

Yes. Reach out to us so we can connect you with people that have attended previous events with us and have agreed to share their experiences.

Who should attend the event with us?

All family members living in the household. Sometimes we assume that the only ones needing the program are the parents and the struggling child, but that’s far from reality. All people interacting with the challenging child should be familiar with the program, especially if they ever practice childcare. (babysitters, nannies, respite providers, relatives who help with the kids, etc). The non challenging children would benefit a lot from the space especially designed for them; it can be a start point for their healing as much as their siblings’.

Investment

2,000 usd for the first two people, plus 600 per each extra person.

A 500 usd deposit will hold your family's place. A second deposit must be paid a month before the event and the rest of the amount must be liquidated a week before the families' arrival.
